Having tested both Rush's ecommerce and salon websites in late 2013, WebDepend were again approached to carry out testing for an updated ecommerce site, in preparation for the busy Christmas period.
The updated site utilised a fully responsive template requiring testing to be conducted across the major desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The approach was to carry out a full retest of the ecommerce site although a focus for the testing was on enhancements to the site's user experience plus testing the reorganised checkout process.
All issues found were added into Rush's bug tracking software and picked up by the in-house development team for immediate attention, helping to ensure a smooth launch ahead of Rush's busiest time of the year.
